1. What ages do you take? Do
they need to be toilet trained?
Our children are 2 years through 5
years. They should be toilet trained by age three.
2. What is the discipline
policy?
It is age appropriate, with
logical consequences. Redirection is used most frequently. Time
out is very rarely used - if it would be used, it would be for the
child to recollect him/herself and not as a punishment.
3. What is the tuition
policy?
Tuition is paid for the days you
are enrolled. You do not pay when the school is closed. e.g.
Christmas, President's Day, etc.
4. What are the hours of
operation?
We are opened from 6:30 a.m until
6 p.m., Monday through Friday, 12 months of the year.
5. What is the birthday
policy?
The birthday child is the special
person of the day and is welcome to bring a snack for the class to
share. The child may also bring a gift for the school - e.g. his
favorite book, etc. His/her name will be written in the gift.
6. Do you have to be
Catholic to attend St. Ignatius Preschool?
No. The school does not
discriminate. We do, however, teach and model our faith. e.g. The
Sign of the Cross
