The two-phased construction plan to be funded by
our Sharing the Gift...Forging our Future capital
campaign will meet the parish's most urgent needs
first and provide a framework for future expansion.

The first phase will provide an attractive parish
center which will include a gym, a full commercial
kitchen accessible to both the cafeteria and parish
center, two new classrooms, handicapped-accessible
restrooms, and a foyer large enough to double as a
gathering place for small parish functions up to 100
seats. The parish center will not only house youth
and adult recreational events, parish meetings, etc.,
it may also act as a revenue source for individuals
who may wish to rent out the facility durings
non-parish use time for such things as wedding
receptions, anniversary celebrations, etc.

This area will have space to seat up to 450 at tables
for meals and receptions. In addition, it will include
a regulation basketball/volleyball playing surface and
fixtures. The new building is designed to provide
adequate storage space for movable equipment.
Project costs also include site preparation, mechanical
space and storage, expanded parking, a perimeter
road, improved access, improved utilities and other
site work. All plumbing, electric, gas lines, lighting,
heating and cooling is included.

First Phase Project Cost $1.37 million

The second phase will add a school classroom and
two parish classrooms, and a cafeteria. The class-
rooms are projected to wrap around two walls of the
new facility.
